This policy explains what Jreyfilms does with the information you give us through this website. We keep it short and specific, because a policy you cannot read is not much use to you.
What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site, we receive whatever you type into it. That is normally your name, your phone number, your email address, the date and location of the shoot, and what you want photographed or filmed. We only ask for what we need to answer you properly.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you, to plan and shoot the session you asked about, and to stay in touch about that booking. That is all.
If we photograph or film you, those image and video files are held so we can edit and deliver them to you. Anything beyond delivering your own files is agreed with you directly, not assumed here.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else can see it
The services that run this website can technically access what passes through them: the company that hosts the site, the service that delivers form submissions to our inbox, and our email provider. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for anything else.
Cookies
This site sets a small number of first party cookies that record which page you arrived on, which site or search sent you here, and any campaign tag in the link you followed. That is so we know where an inquiry came from when you send the form. They last about 90 days.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them; we simply see less about how it is being used.
Asking us to delete it
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will take care of it. There is no form to fill in and no charge.
Children
We photograph children often, at family sessions, senior shoots and school sports. We do not collect information from children through this website. Bookings and contact details come from a parent, a guardian, or the school or club organizing the shoot.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
