A listing gets about three seconds of attention, and almost all of that goes to the first photograph. Interior photography is mostly about two things: keeping the verticals straight and getting the windows and the room lit at the same time, because a camera cannot see the range a human eye can.
We shoot with the verticals corrected, the rooms lit so the windows still show what is outside rather than blowing out to white, and wide enough to read the space without bending the walls out to make a bedroom look like a ballroom. Exteriors get shot at a time of day that suits which way the building faces, which is why we ask about orientation before booking rather than turning up at noon and hoping.
This works the same way for a venue that needs its own marketing photographs, a short term rental listing, or an office that wants its space on its website. Same approach, different use.
